What is your lead time?

  • Standard lead time for our custom products is 3-4 weeks depending on the season.  We can accommodate rush orders also but please contact us via phone (580) 579-0080 or complete our rush order request and we will get back to you asap.  

I need a Rush Order, can you help?

Do you offer bulk pricing? 

  • Yes!  Please contact us for an individual quote.

How do I order?

  1. Select your product and options then complete the secure checkout process.  If you would like us to assist you in selecting the best product for your needs, please give us a call or send an email.  
  2. Check Email for your next steps to submit design instructions and logo files.  
  3. Work with art team until you Approve your custom design.  
  4. Sit back, Relax and prepare to dazzle everyone at your event with your fancy new stretch products!  (Standard completion and delivery is 3-4 weeks after Step 3 is completed.) 
What are your products made of?
  • Our stretch products - Barrel Covers, Stretch Table Covers and Stretch Banners are a blend of durable polyester/spandex. 

I need a new Logo, can you help?

  • We would love to help you with a new logo, or refresh an existing one.  Once you have approved your final design, you will be provided with a professionally formatted logo that you can use for 

 What forms of payment to you accept?

  • We accept any major credit cards, western union, and paypal.  We also accept business or association checks.  In some circumstances we accept personal checks but the order will not be placed  until the check is received and clears at the bank.  

 Do you have a warranty? 

  • Yes!  Your stretch products are warrantied for 1 year from manufacturing defects.  We do not warranty our products against any misuse or regular wear and tear.  For proper care and use please click here, or to check out our helpful tips to prolong your covers visit our Tips Page.
